School’s / Madrasah’s Expenses ♦ Presently the Madrassa has been established in a Rental home ( Rs. 16,000/- ) ♦ Monthly salaries of teachers and other Staff ( Rs. 84,000/-) ♦ Kitchen Expenses ( Approximately Rs. 165,000/- to Rs. 205,000/- per month) ♦ Utility Bills (Telephone & Electricity) (Approximately Rs. 25,000/- per month.) ♦ Printing, stationary and maintenance (Approximately Rs. 20,000/- per month.) School’s / Madrasah’s Requirements 1- Permanent and proper building for School / Madrasah. 2- Grant for deserving female students: i- Educational Requirements (Books, Note. Books, Pens, Pencils. ii- Madrasah’s Uniforms iii- Medical Treatment iv- Admission fees of Wifaq Al Madaris, Federal Board and University. 3- A vehicle for pick & drop of the students and an ambulance is required. 4- A library (Books) is required. 5- Computer’s Lab with computers and furniture is required. 6- Home economics lab with Material for vocational training is required. Note: On sponsoring a child, It brought Rs: 5000/- costs. Inspiration (example): A respected donor has granted us 5 Marla plot (Size, 57’x25.6’) in Hamza Town Bhara Kau Islamabad. For the construction of the same thereon, Rs. 11,400,000/- cost has approximately been intimated to us in lieu of purchasing all materials such as cement, stone, sand etc. So therefore we need cooperation in any type of cash and kind. Forms of Cooperation with Madrasah ♦ Muslims are requested to cooperate with the Madrasah in the shape of their Zakat, Donations, Grants, etc ♦ Guardianship to a child in all expenditures anyway such an anticipation to entertain the same and cope with his/her necessities. ♦ Make effort to gather the money making community as supportive tikune. ♦ Arrangement for effective movement as to create a shelter to these Islamic centers.
